🌿 Treetop Tuesday in Primary 1 🌿
This morning, we got creative using vegetables to make beautiful prints. This sparked lots of great discussion about the different vegetables that farmers grow and where our food comes from.
We also worked together to tidy up our sand area, getting it just right so we could grow our own vegetables 🌱. Over in the mud kitchen, some of us baked bread, carefully choosing all the right ingredients including yeast! This linked perfectly to our class story from last week, The Little Red Hen 🐔
After break, we headed back outside for some maths fun. We collected 10 sticks and split them into two hoops to explore our number bonds to 10. We then wrote the matching number sentences, fantastic teamwork and problem solving!
