P6 have been learning about the phases of the moon as part of our World Around Us topic!
Today we learnt about what waxing and waning means, and then we showed what each of the phases looks like using Oreos! We had to use a small tool to scrape off some of the cream to show what each moon phase looks like at certain parts of the lunar month! We then had to put the phases in the correct order and describe them! 🌓
