This week in our topic work we’ve been thinking about designing a fair test. The objective was to build a boat out of materials, and then test out boats to see if they could hold weight.
we thought about how to make the test fair, deciding on one thing we could change, what we’d be measuring, and what we needed to keep the same.
we decided that we all needed identical materials to make the test fair. We then had 20 minutes to construct a boat from the materials given and make a prediction about what we thought may happen.
