We started off our year learning lots of nursery rhymes. One of our favourites was Humpty Dumpty where we were able to carry out lots of different experiments. We investigated a raw egg and a cooked egg and compared the difference. We developed our estimation skills by guessing how far hard boiled eggs would roll down the hill before checking to see how good our guesses really were!!
We had lots of fun in the playroom too - have a look and see what we got up to!
