This week in Forest School, Primary 3 used the mud kitchen to make their own magic potions!
First, they followed the instructions for a ‘Flying Potion’, reading the instructions, collecting the items and reciting the magic spell! 
Then we had a go at making our own potions! We selected our ingredients and wrote our own set of instructions! We made potions for invisibility, speed and growing! 
Finally, we compared the volume of the potions that we made, discussing how we all used different sizes of containers to make them, so it was tricky to work out which one had the greatest or least! We transferred our potions into measuring jugs, so that all the containers were the same size to help us compare them!
