We had a very exciting visit from Dr Sarah as part of our People Who Help Us topic!
Dr Sarah brought along lots of different equipment for us to see and talk about, including a heart rate monitor, blood pressure monitor, stethoscope, X-rays, eye tests, bandages and much more. The children were fascinated and asked some brilliant questions!
She told us all about what it’s like to be a doctor and how doctors help people when they are sick or hurt. Most importantly, she reassured the children that we don’t need to be scared when we visit the doctor 💙
